Natural Skin Care

Everybody seems to be looking and searching for the perfect acne eraser, moisteriser, and face wash. It also seems most eat our money, and don't work anyways. There are cheap, easy, and natural ways to keep a good complexion.

#1: Tea tree oil
If you have a pesty pimple this is a quick fix. Drip one drop of tea tree oil on a Q-Tip. Dab on popped or non popped pimple. DO NOT spread around area to avoid dryness. Repeat once a day until the pimple is gone. I also recommend a face wash that contains tea tree oil for anybody, ecpecially for those with an oily complexion.

#2: Apple cider vinegar
You can dab on a pimple once a day or scrub on your face before you wash your face at night. Honestly this stuff can be used for anything from acne treatment to cold treatments and weight loss.

#3: Water
You need to drink plenty of water anyways. But if you really want to see some permanent results try drinking a gallon of water a day for a couple weeks and you will notice amazing changes on your face (and even body). Also cut out sugary drinks (SODA!!). Drinking lots of water for the rest of your life will flush out pimples period.

#4: Lemon
Rubbing lemon juice on your face is detoxing and rich with vitamin C.

#5: Coconut oil
This can be used in replace of a moisteriser, but works better. Just everyday before you put on makeup lather a pinch of coconut oil on your face. In a few weeks your skin tone will be even and eventually you won't need to use foundation.

#6: Bannana Peel
This idea may seem bannanas but it can be really helpful. First eat a bannana! Rub the inside part of the peel on your face then rinse after ten minutes. This leaves your face fresh and soft!

I hope you enjoy!

Flu And Cold Detoxing and Nourishing Bath

Especially this time of year the flu and cold are slowing us down. This Bath treatment will not only help your symptoms disappear, it will leave you feeling relieved and relaxed.

Things you will need:

  • Six bags of any ginger root tea
  • A bath filled with warm water
  • One lemon (juiced)
  • Essential Oil (of your choice)
  • Epson bath salt (3 cups)
  • Baking soda (1 cup)

This step is the detoxing step. It will cause your body to release toxins. Fill a tub with warm water. Let the tea bags steep in the bath when the bath is being filled. Add half of the lemon juice. Relax in the water for 20 minutes. When you are done let the water drain. You can rinse off before the next step.
Now your body is going to retain nutrients. Fill another bath of warm water. Add the baking soda and Epson salt. Pour the rest of the lemon juice in the bath. Add 4 drops of any essential oil of your choice. Now soak in this for 20 minutes. Make sure to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated before during and after this treatment.

          I hope you enjoy!
